What Bellawoods actually is
Bellawoods sits just off Huntsville Brownsferry Road inside Madison city limits, which puts you in Madison City Schools while keeping you close to Research Park and Bridge Street. The homes are estate sized, mostly on large wooded lots, and there is a second section next door called Bellawoods Craftsman with its own set of plans. Most buyers tour both on the same visit.
Because Woodland builds these to order, what is standing on any given week is a small slice of what you can actually have. The plan library is much wider than the inventory, and that is usually where the right answer is for people with a few months of runway.

- Which plans can still be started for your timeline, not just what is standing today
- What is standard here and what is an upgrade, because that gap is where budgets break
- What the builder will and will not move on at this price point
