Someone reads the contract
Builder contracts are written by the builder. There are lines that can move and lines that cost you at closing or at the walkthrough. I know which is which.
Someone checks the lot
At this price the lot drives resale more than almost anything you choose inside the house. Grade, trees, what gets built behind you. I look at that before you fall for a plan.
Someone tells you the truth
If Bellawoods is not the right fit for you, I will say so and show you the ones that are. The sales office cannot do that.
